Main Processes Invented and Developed by EversTech

The ET Process

This is a three stage, odor free, biological treatment process, designed to maximize by-products as resources recovered with a real value, by incorporating bio-augmentation into the process, this guarantees the optimum digestion of the constituent proteins, lipids, celluloses and carbohydrates present in the waste mixture, into high calorific value biogas free of hydrogen sulfide, and top quality single cell protein as microbial biomass, as well as recyclable water through algae based tertiary treatment. The Catox Process

A "once-through" catalytic oxidation system that removes organic pollution load, whether biodegradable or recalcitrant. Immunity to toxins and the ability to operate in extremes of temperature are two further valuable characteristics.

With low chemical dosage rates and total power requirements, the operating costs per kg of BOD or COD treated are very much lower than conventional systems, and maintenance costs too have been designed to be minimal. Read more about the Catox Process

The Odox Process

The same principles as the ET Process but applied to gas scrubbing, odor removal and air pollution control. By-products are single cell protein biosolids and recyclable water. Read more about the Odox Process

The Permafix Process

Summary forthcoming. Read more about the Permafix Process
